Changing people's minds about what it means to come to the dentist. Shaming or embarrassing patients into taking better care of their oral health simply does not work and has no place in my practice. Instead, I seek to empower my patients with the science-backed knowledge they need to understand why problems in the mouth can occur and what we can do together to solve them. I hope that after every appointment, each of my patients feels that they are walking away better-equipped to manage their oral health than when they came in.
